Deborah's background is varied and crosses a wide range of business disciplines. With over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in business and a former Managing Director, Deborah now travels the world working with senior executives, diplomats and entrepreneurs helping them to bridge the business culture gap. She is an authority on cross-cultural communication and globalisation, with four published books on the subject.
Deborah has worked in private, voluntary and public (mainly overseas Governments) sectors across 32 countries. She is the director of intercultural studies at the Diplomatic School in London (University of Westminster), runs regular Strategic Planning 3-Day MBAs for executives and works on internationalisation projects for various organisations
