Fellows are speakers who have reached the top of the profession and meet the following eight competencies: Professional Awareness; Topic Development; Presenting and Performing; PR, Sales and Marketing, Professional Relationships, Platform Mechanics, Authorship and Product Development, Managing the Business. They are also judged by their peer group of Fellows to be amongst the best speakers.
